By submitting any copyright protection request to LeakGuard ("Service"), you affirm that you are the rightful owner or an authorized representative of the copyright holder for all content described in the request. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs, videos, written content, and any other forms of intellectual property ("Content").

b. Agency Representation
If you are an agency submitting a copyright protection request on behalf of a copyright owner, you affirm that you have been duly authorized by the copyright owner to act on their behalf. This includes the authority to grant LeakGuard the right to enforce copyright protection measures for the specified Content. Documentation confirming this authorization must be available upon request.

2. Authorization to Act on Behalf of the Copyright Owner

You grant LeakGuard the authority to act on behalf of you, the copyright owner, or the authorized agency, to enforce copyright protection measures for the specified Content. This authorization enables LeakGuard to engage in a variety of activities aimed at protecting your intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:

• Filing and managing copyright infringement notices,
• Communicating and negotiating with service providers, web hosts, and infringing parties,
• Initiating and pursuing legal action where necessary,
• Implementing any other measures deemed appropriate for the enforcement of copyright protection.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding your (or the copyright owner's) ownership of the Content and the specifics of the alleged copyright infringement. LeakGuard relies on the accuracy of your information to effectively protect your rights.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeakGuard, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright infringement claims made with respect to content for which you do not hold copyright ownership.
